At Nureh Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
